This system utilizes a vented enclosure with strategically placed vents on the bottom. The enclosure is angled at 15 degrees to project the bass out forcefully and deliver extra punchy bass.
The Rockville RV12P Single 12" Subwoofer In Vented Enclosure features a 4 Ohm Impedance, 600 Watts Peak Power, 300 Watts RMS continuous music rating (match up with a 300w RMS @ 4 ohms amplifier), and 200 Watts RMS Test Tone rating. The cabinet is a Bonded, Stapled and Braced 3/5" MDF design with a Computer Designed, Under-Side Bass Reflex, Aero-Port System. The 15% angled enclosure ensures near-perfect in-vehicle bass alignment.
The exterior boasts a logo-embroidered, high-quality aviation grade tweed carpet. It features a Mono, gold-plated push style speaker terminal. The High-Power, High-Efficiency 12" Subwoofer utilizes an Injection Molded, Talc Filled, Brushed Polypropylene Cone, High Excursion Butyl Rubber Surround, and a 3-D Molded Dust Cap. The Linear Progressive Spider System and 4 Layer, High-Power, Aluminum Voice Coil contribute to its performance.
